For more than four decades, my law firm has been serving clients throughout Niagara and Erie Counties in New York in the general practice of law. I handle various legal matters.
I draft prenuptial agreements for clients entering into a second marriage. For my clients who are ending their marriages, I assist them by negotiating property settlement and separation agreements. In the family law arena, I also handle independent and private placement adoptions, including step-parent adoptions.
I represent clients at mortgage loan closings, and I handle many commercial and residential real estate matters, including mortgage loan closings. I represent clients in their business law matters including business formation and the dissolution of businesses.
I assist clients with estate planning, and elder law. I draft wills and trusts and handle all so-called “living will” documents. And, at the end of the life of a client’s loved one, I assist in all estate administration and probate matters.
